Private Telephone Consultations and Document Reviews
Private Telephone Consultations. At the rate of $80.00* per half hour, we will provide answers to you about your work-related injury. Once payment is received in our office, we will contact you and set a time for the telephone consultation. We then will initiate the telephone call to the telephone number that you provide. Our answers will be based only upon the information, which you supply. It is therefore very important that we be supplied with accurate information about your claim. Should you have reason to believe that the consultation may require more time than 30 minutes, then you must send an additional $40.00* for intervals of 15 minutes. There will be no refunds for unused time.
Document Review & E-mail Response. At the rate of $100*, we will review 50 pages of typed, legible documents regarding your claim. Pages exceeding 50 will be reviewed at the additional rate of $3.00* per page. All requests for document review must be accompanied with no more that 1 typed page of questions that you would like addressed regarding the documents. There is no charge for the question page. We will respond to your questions and documents by e-mail within 5 business days from the date your request and payment is received. If more than 50 pages are submitted with the payment of $100*, we will review only the first 50 pages. If you submit illegible pages for review, these pages will count toward the 50 pages. If less than 50 pages are submitted, the rate is still $100*. There will be no refunds. Payment must be submitted with the documents.
Private Telephone Consultation with Document Review and E-mail Response. At the rate of $125* per hour, we will provide a 35-minute telephone consultation combined with a review of 50 pages of typed and legible documents followed by an e-mail response. It is your responsibility to assure that we receive the documents prior to our initiation of the telephone consultation.
All payments for any of the above services must be made by either United States Postal Money Order or Cashier Check drafted on a bank located in the United States. Appointments for telephone consultations or document review will only be made after receipt of payment. Because opinions rendered are based upon information supplied by you, the existence of additional documents or information about your claim, which are not supplied by you may cause our opinion to be different. By requesting and paying for our services listed above, you have acknowledged and are in agreement with the terms expressed.
*All of the above charges carry an additional New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax of 6.75%. This Gross Receipts Tax must be included with payment.
